Bridal and Couple Portraits

Posted on September 2, 2008

Let’s face it. You want great photos. Of you. In your wedding dress.

Sometimes, the best way to make sure you get them is to take them when you’re not freaking out about a million other things – sometime other than your wedding day.

We take advantage of the relaxed atmosphere to treat you like a fashion model – we pose you more, experiment more, and generally try out new and different things. We have time to play with studio lights and tweak the pose and setting to perfection, which can result in truly stunning photos.

Bridal portraits feature just you, and are often taken before your wedding day. (Don’t worry, we take every precaution to make sure your dress stays pristine.) Couple portraits feature the two of you, and may be taken before or after the wedding, in wedding attire (of course). Like engagement portraits, this is also a chance for us to get more comfortable with you, and you with us.

Bridal and couple portraits are often incorporated into your wedding album, or enlarged to hang on the wall. Since we schedule the shoot for a day when you can devote several hours (or even all day) to having your picture taken, we can take a road trip to someplace that has meaning for you (or that you just think would make a great setting for photos), even if it’s not in Las Cruces – up to the Lodge at Cloudcroft, to the Inn of the Mountain Gods in Ruidoso, or down to the El Paso Art Museum, for example.

You want stunning photos. Bridals at Screaming Light are just one more way to make sure you get them.

Exclusive Photography. Screaming Light.
