Danny + Davina: Wedding

Yesterday was Danny and Davina’s wedding, our first (we hope our first of many) at Grace Gardens in El Paso. Davina and her girls went from Infinite Salon to Al Varela Cosmetics to a hotel where she got dressed; Danny and the guys prepared at Grace Gardens.

Danny and Davina had fun at their wedding, and so did everyone else! Even the pastor was cracking jokes during the ceremony; his wife told me later he should have been a comedian. After a stunning sunset ceremony, we all headed inside for an evening full of fun and dancing.

The family did a lot of the work themselves; the wedding cake was baked by an aunt, the food was prepared and served by a slew of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, and even the flowers were arranged by the bridesmaids! The personal touches really showed; the whole celebration was simply beautiful.
