As usual, we did a few in the studio before heading out. She had a brand new yellow coat that she wore for the session, and we also shot a few in her choir dress. My favorites may just be the ones with her cute hat; they turned out with a great Broadway flair.

The partly-cloudy sky at sunset provided great shadows and contrast for her session, and having the piano out in the desert provided a totally different type of contrast! Dayana’s Mom and Dad and brother helped us get the piano in place; it was much too awkward for one person to move. We think the resulting images were completely worth the hassle though!
